Making Access to Telehealth Simpler
HappyMD is a technology platform that helps connect individuals with licensed medical providers through secure telehealth services. Our role is to make it easier for you to begin the intake process and access care when medically appropriate.
We are not a medical provider and do not practice medicine, prescribe medications, or deliver medical treatments ourselves.
What HappyMD Does (and Doesn’t Do)
HappyMD does not provide medical care, prescribe medication, or dispense pharmaceuticals.
Instead, we facilitate access by:
- Guiding users through a secure intake experience
- Connecting users with independent, licensed medical providers
- Supporting coordination with licensed pharmacies when applicable
All medical decisions are made exclusively by licensed providers.
How the Process Works
When you begin through HappyMD, you’ll be directed to a secure partner platform where you complete a medical intake and any applicable checkout.
A licensed medical provider reviews your information to decide whether telehealth services are appropriate for your situation. If a provider issues a prescription, it is filled by a licensed pharmacy.
This setup ensures your personal and health information is handled responsibly and that medical decisions are made by qualified professionals.
Provider Review and Pharmacy Fulfillment
All medical reviews and prescribing decisions are made by independent, licensed medical providers. Providers may or may not determine telehealth care or prescriptions are appropriate.
When prescriptions are issued, they are fulfilled and shipped by our partner pharmacy, Integrity Compound Pharmacy, in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
HappyMD does not control prescribing decisions or pharmacy operations.
Privacy & Security
Protecting your privacy is important to us. We follow privacy practices designed to safeguard your personal and health information and work with partners who must also protect your data in accordance with applicable laws.
